Colombian Emerald
Colombian emeralds from districts such as Muzo, Chivor and Coscuez set the market’s idea of vivid, slightly bluish green. Origin again is a lab opinion.
Treatment
Almost all emeralds have fissures. Cedarwood oil or resin filling is common. Reports should say “none / minor / moderate / significant.” A token that hides filling is a bad token.
